Currently Chief Supply Chain Officer at Lexington, Deke has experience managing multiple warehouse locations across North America. Deke has built and optimized inventory management systems at scale - working within enterprise platforms like Maximo and Oracle to create structure, accuracy, and efficiency in high-demand environments. 

His background goes beyond systems - it’s rooted in execution. From procurement strategy and material planning to developing warehouse infrastructure and storage solutions, while leading multiple warehouse and procurement teams. Deke understands the successess of operational structure and strategy in many different fields of inventory.  He has led major initiatives including MRP projects, budget implementation across multiple facilities, and the integration of inventory frameworks that support long-term growth.
